The research group Digital Health – Connected Healthcare, led by Prof. Dr. Bert Arnrich, aims to transform healthcare systems. Our goal is to shift the focus from managing illness to maintaining wellness.
We see ubiquitous sensing and computing technologies as key enablers of this change. These technologies support a move from the traditional provider-centered model to a user-centered, preventive approach to health. The vision is for health management to be accessible everywhere, anytime, and to everyone.
