Computer Graphics Systems

Software visualization, geospatial visualization, and real-time 3D rendering have been among Prof. Jürgen Döllner's research interests for many years, along with related topics such as non-photorealistic rendering, non-photorealistic image processing, visualization metaphors, and information cartography. Within the scope of IT Systems Engineering, the research includes the analysis, planning and construction of computer graphics and multimedia systems in general.

Expressive 2015 Best Paper Award

Amir Semmo, Daniel Limberger, Jan Eric Kyprianidis, and Jürgen Döllner have received the Best Paper Award at "Expressive 2015" for their contribution "Image Stylization by Oil Paint Filtering using Color Palettes".
