This report summarizes my work in the HPI Research School on Service Oriented Systems Engineering. It motivates and points out the underlying research questions in the field of service-based 3D portrayal of large and complex 3D geovirtual envi- ronments, presents my approach to solving these questions, and demonstrates and highlights results by example. A focus is on my work during the past months.
