Matthias Quasthoff

Matthias Quasthoff studied Computer Science at the University of Leipzig and received his diploma degree with a thesis on Star-free Representations of Automatic Structures. Currently he is a research assistant at Hasso Plattner Institute, investigating how to simplify publishing and finding information on the WWW under certain terms of use for regular users. To simplify developing the semantic software required for this goal is a major part of this research. Matthias is also teaching maths, information security and Web 2.0 technologies.
