In addition to the annual "HPI Connect Fair" in May, HPI organizes a career fair exclusively for startups: the HPI Connect Startup Fair.

Unlike traditional fairs, student participants at the HPI Connect Startup Fair are required to register for the "IT speed dating". In small groups of 5-6 people, they visit the company stands for about 7 minutes each. That way as an exhibitor, you can get to know all of the participants personally. The following "Open Room" and the later get-together offer the opportunity to deepen the first contact individually.
