Bastian Steinert

Bastian Steinert is a research assistant and Ph.D. candidate at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute (HPI) at the University of Potsdam. He is a member of the Software Architecture Group and involved in the "Agile Software Development in Virtual Collaboration Environments" project. His current research interests focus on agile software development, distributed agile software development, and collaboration environments.Bastian received a M.Sc. in Software Engineering from HPI in 2008. During his studies he contributed to the Adaptive Services Grid project funded by the European Union, was a student trainee at Daimler Chrysler Research / Mercedes Benz, developed collaboration software at Mindquarry GmbH, and was an intern at SAP AG and SAP Labs.
