Our empowerHER+ conference is a community event for everyone who wants to shape the digital future in a way that is rich in perspective. In November, we make role models visible, talk about the latest tech topics and create an environment in which female students and young professionals can look around and discover numerous role models. Next to research inspiration, you will become input for your career development. Together with companies, we organise workshops and impulses for your next career step. The conference focuses on interaction, exchange and networking to learn from each other and write the next tech stories together. You will also find this philosophy in our ticket system. Once you have successfully purchased your ticket, you will be given the option of inviting another person for 50% of the price.

To bring forward digitization in an innovative and comprehensive way Women need to be involved/need to sit at the table too, in order to bring forward digitization.
