After a first day full of inspiration from research and impressions of tech innovation, the second day we focus on the slogan ´let´s do it´. In workshops and discussions, we will learn from each other, work together on future success stories and talk about career paths and how we can empower ourselves and each other.

Stream 1: New Work for Academic Career Paths (limited participants)

We need more women in computer science. In companies, but also in research. The future of next-generation technologies requires a richness of perspectives. That is why the academic career system must become more attractive for women+. What are the current challenges and where can we create solutions? In this stream, participants will take the time to develop prototypes that promote a diverse research landscape.

Stream 2: Turning stories into new ones

The second stream is your source of inspiration for the next step in your career and your inner strength. Get in touch with women+ who have found their path in the tech sector, learn form their experience and earn skills and impulses for your personal career path in workshops.
