In workshops and discussions, we will learn from each other, work together on future success stories and talk about career paths and how we can empower ourselves and each other.
How can we shape leadership so that we work more flexibly, use our strengths sensibly and allow for a variety of perspectives? In this career panel, we will discuss together why shared leadership could be the answer.
