In this workshop on HR Management in startups, you will learn the most important aspects of defining recruiting needs, writing job descriptions, conducting job interviews and selecting candidates. In addition, we will deal with the development of an attractive start-up culture and learn to master difficult HR situations. The workshop was specially tailored to the needs of startups and future founders.
At the end of the workshop there will be the opportunity to discuss further questions over drinks and pizza as part of a get-together.
Janina Cußmann is Head of HR at the Digital Health Startup MIAMED and will lead the workshop. She gained further experience in the HR sector at the Berlin startup Wooga and the media group AOL.
