The new course begins on 14 September at openHPI, the online learning platform of Hasso Plattner Institute. typo3/The course, entitled “IT Law for Software Developers — 9 Topics that You Need to Know,” is free of charge.
As a computer scientist, and particularly as founder of a software startup, sooner or later you will find yourself confronted with legal issues. This 4-week Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) will give you a solid overview of topics such as: contract design, trademark law, patent law, copyright, and data protection, in addition to valuable tips from the field.
