Wunderflats raises 3 million euros in growth capital and establishes "Housing as a Service"

Creathor Venture, the VC Fonds Kreativwirtschaft fund of IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft, ECONA AG and Family Offices are investing 3 million Euro in HPI Startup Wunderflats, founded in 2015.

Via www.wunderflats.com you can find a furnished apartment with just a few clicks for a month or longer. All apartments are fully furnished, rents include all additional expenses and can be used as an official residence. Companies and freelancers are properly billed. The offer is especially aimed at  professionals, consultants, freelancers or expatriates who wish to work for longer periods of time outside their home town. But also young professionals who move to another city for their first or a new job profit from the offer.

By 2014, the HPI Startup had already won the HPI business plan competition.
