On November 8, 2018, 19 companies attended the HPI Startup Connect fair. The fair is the networking event for IT companies, students and alumni of the Hasso Plattner Institute.

In contrast to traditional company fairs, the participants took part in IT-Speed Dating procedures - in small groups of 6 people they could visit individual exhibition stands for approx. 7 minutes each and get to know each startup. Among the exhibitors were companies such as FlixMobility, HPS Gesundheitscloud, Lana Labs und ThinkSono.

The following "Open Room" and the subsequent "Get-together" with buffet offer the opportunity to strengthen the first contact between students and companies individually.
