Last Thursday, 20 students visited three Berlin startups as part of HPI Startup Safari. At first the blockchain startup BigchainDB was on the program, which offered exciting insights into the technology and its various applications. Particularly noteworthy were the technical details and the live demo. Afterwards, Babbel was visited, which focuses on learning numerous languages via mobile and web applications. In particular, the challenges of a large IT architecture were discussed here. The participants recently visited the mobile banking start N26, which focuses primarily on usability and convenience aspects in the development of new offers.
The safari was organized and conducted by Connect Club in cooperation with E-School.
