In yesterday's workshop on HR Management in Startups, participants learned the most important aspects of defining employee needs, writing job descriptions, conducting job interviews and selecting candidates. Furthermore, the development of an attractive start-up corporate culture was dealt with and difficult HR situations discussed. The workshop was specially tailored to the needs of startups and future founders.
At the end of the workshop there was the opportunity to discuss further questions over drinks and pizza as part of a get-togethers.
Janina Cußmann is Head of HR at the Digital Health Startup MIAMED and will lead the workshop. She gained further experience in the HR sector at the Berlin startup Wooga and the media group AOL.
