The team at the E-School invites startup-interested HPI teams to a workshop on 17 December 2015 from 3:00pm –4:00pm in the rooms of the coworking space (Campus II, Villa) to find out about working with the Lean Canvas. The workshop will end with a leisurely get together over pizza and beer.
The Lean Canvas from Ash Maurya, adapted from the Business Model Canvas by Alexander Osterwalder, is strongly aimed at business models in their very early stages. By showing the most important key factors on one page, it is possible to get a very quick overview of the current situation and the strategy of the company.
