German Collegiate Programming Contest 2018 @ HPI

The German Collegiate Programming Contest (GCPC) is a regional contest belonging to the ACM Interantional Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC). Every year student teams from many German universities compete in this contest. The goal is to solve and implement as many algorithmic problems as possible within 5 hours.

This year, our group organized a local contest site for the GCPC where 13 teams from the HPI and all three Berlin Universities competed. For the HPI teams the participation in the GCPC was a bonus contest for our course on Competitive Programming, where we systematically train students in solving algorithmic problems.

The results of the GCPC 2018 can be found here.
