Innovation Behaviour in Times of Crisis

External factors are influencing our work behaviour – not only in this unique situation. Innovation and creativity are often vulnerable to “disturbances”. In this study, we want to examine how times of crisis affect individual innovation behaviour and e.g. how a positive company culture could provide a remedy. As innovation culture and behaviour are shaped through individual perspectives, we are interested in your personal point of view.

The study will take 10 minutes. All data is fully anonymous and will be pooled for analysis to prevent linking any data back to individuals. Please consider your current situation and your personal opinion for all survey questions.

(Native Germans, please use the German version: https://bit.ly/all_inno_de )

Who can take part in it? Anyone working in an organization – business, nonprofit or governmental (included: freelancers who are in a long-term position in a company are suitable, excluded: 100% freelancers with many frequently changing clients) and fluent in German or English (always preferred to pick the survey version they are more fluent in)

Gift for your participation! At the end of the survey, you will receive innovative tips on how to creatively kick-off your virtual meetings.

Enjoy the survey and thank you for your participation in advance.
