In times of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizational resilience is often discussed as a supposed panacea for startups and established companies to overcome the crisis. In their article, the authors critically question this assumption and postulate that, in addition to resilience, further organizational skills are required to face crises and to emerge from them stronger in the end.
