Current study: Innovation behaviour in times of crisis

Participate now! External factors are influencing our work behaviour – not only in this unique situation. Innovation and creativity are often vulnerable to “disturbances”. The research team around Lena Mayer, Prof. Katharina Hölzle and Dr. Robert Rose is now investigating how crises influence individual innovation behavior and how the organization can set positive impulses through the innovation culture. The current online study of the HPI and the University of Potsdam is open for participation until July 7, 2020.

Participation / Scope

The study will take 10 minutes. All data is fully anonymous and will be pooled for analysis to prevent linking any data back to individuals. Please consider your current situation and your personal opinion for all survey questions.
