The Hasso Plattner Institute has educational programs for both high school students and working professionals. It operates its own IT learning platform - openHPI - which provides free online courses. The Youth Academy organizes computer science camps and events for high school students. The HPI Future SOC Lab provides researchers with free of charge access to a powerful IT landscape. Itaims at enabling and promoting exchange between the research community and industry. We invite researchers from all scientific areas and universities worldwide to use the Lab‘s resources to conduct their research activities.

In the semi-annual Call for Projects the submission of project proposals is possible. If access to resources is still required for an ongoing project, a new project proposal can be submitted.
The HPI Future SOC Lab’s Steering Committee, which comprises representatives of HPI and the industry partners, will decide about the approval of your project proposals. This will be done during the Future SOC Lab Day.
