Molly Wilson is a UX designer and teacher visiting the HPI D-School in 2015 from San Francisco, CA. She holds a M.A. in Learning, Design, and Technology from the Stanford School of Education, a degree that bridges her two fields of design and education. She is currently the Track Manager of the Advanced Track.
Molly was a Fellow at the Stanford d.school from 2011-2013, leading Design Thinking Bootcamp and many other classes and workshops, and has been a part-time lecturer there ever since. She has taught design and design thinking workshops all over the world, from Melbourne to Nairobi and Anchorage to Honolulu.
As a UX designer, she designs, prototypes, and tests complex digital products. She loves to dive into the challenge of bringing clarity and structure to messy, confusing software.
In her spare time, she’s probably drawing, writing, or wandering around the city or the woods. She’s also trying to learn German.
