First Technology Spotlight: Virtual Reality in cooperation with Vragments

There has been a lot of enthusiasm about Virtual Reality (VR) over the past years - immersive technologies can be utilized in various industries and HPI students have expressed an increasing interest in VR projects lately. For this reason, we organized the first technology spotlight on VR for HPI students and alumni.

First, Vragments presented their learnings about VR and shared the current state of the VR ecosystems with our participants. Then, we discussed about entrepreneurial opportunities in the VR field, our participants shared their ideas and connect with like-minded people.

Most importantly, our participants brought their own gear and demoed what they have been working on so far. It was a wonderful opportunity to try out some of the prototypes and products developed by HPI students and alumni.

We ended the evening with pizza, beers and great discussions.
