The Hasso Plattner Institute offers a practically-oriented computer science study program at an internationally recognized institute. The HPI Family

Compared to large universities, HPI has a manageable student body of 700. The excellent teaching at HPI is based on an excellent student-faculty ratio, with a ratio of four students to one lecturer. Each student is assigned a mentor as a trusted lecturer. In addition, new students are supervised by a "buddy" from higher semesters who help with the organization of studies.

The best conditions can be found in the technical equipment. The pool rooms are always state-of-the-art and generously equipped. The lecture halls also have state-of-the-art presentation and recording technology. Housing options

There is a student dormitory in the immediate vicinity of the HPI campus. In order to get one of the apartments/shared rooms, it is recommended to apply early at the Studentenwerk Potsdam. Other dormitories of the Studentenwerk are located in the Potsdam city area. Sports facilities

Away from the lecture halls, the HPI campus also offers students the best conditions to relax. On the campus, you can relax on the meadows or take advantage of the sports facilities.
