Research Area: Autonomous Data Management


My research focuses on autonomous physical design and optimization techniques for in-memory databases. Besides investigating the impact of query optimization based on unsupervised data dependency discovery, I work on joined cost models for multiple physical database design aspects that can be reused for new datasets and workloads.
