Beschreibung

In this seminar we want to work with you on very current topics in secure identity research that are all connected to our individual research topics. Specifically, we will present topics in the fields of:

  • Behavioral Authentication
  • Access Management Systems
  • Fingerprinting in P2P Networks
  • Self-Sovereign Identity Ecosystem

Depending on the topics you will be divided into groups to work on these topics and finally write a scientific report summarizing your results. The major goal is to learn scientific working and writing so we will have a close supervision, especially in terms of the DOs and DONTs in paper writing :)

The topics for the upcoming winter semester will be available soon! In case you can not wait, you are invited to come and talk to us via mail, phone, or in person!

Additionally, in the literature section you can already find some examples of our previous publications in the context of the proposed topics.

Please refer to EvaP for the evaluation of previous iterations of this seminar. Please be aware, that we usually have the Secure Identity Lab during summer semester and this seminar (Hot Topics in Secure Identity Research - HotSIR) during winter semester.
