Beschreibung
While web applications for scalable e-learning scale more and more, the underlying architectures require different approaches for the underlying frameworks and architecture. Modern learning infrastructures includes utilisation of micro service architectures, cloud services, container technology (e.g. docker, kubernetes, …), continuous/canary deployment and a long list of domain specific services, including Machine Learning, Conversational Interfaces, Learning Analytics, UX, …
Scope of the projects can be the HPI Schul-Cloud and openHPI. This term we will focus on identifying shortcomings and opportunities in exixsting systems and improved these with research based concepts and evaluate them with Proof of concepts.
