Solutiance Systems

The Solutiance Systems GmbH (former ConcluTec GmbH) was founded in March 2015 and merged into the multicorporate enterprise Solutiance in 2017. The company develops a web-application to support maintenance processes of big corporations such as REWE or Apleona. The "Facility Scanner" enables facility managers to virtually inspect commercial estates while precisely locating building components and damages. All stakeholders have permanent access to all relevant information in the maintenance process.

The Solutiance Systems GmbH uses modern 360° camera technology and differential GPS to capture the situation on site. In the future forcasting algorithms will be used to predict the development of damages over time.

The company was founded by the former HPI students Jonas Enderlein and Robin Jörke.
