Pre-trained models are the basis for AI applications: With little effort, new applications can be developed and AI systems such as image recognition, speech processing or text generation can be deployed faster.
In this hands-on workshop, we will deal with the selection, implementation and evaluation of pre-trained large language models using the example of transcription and summarization of meetings. Using different models, we will convert audio files into text and use those texts to create summaries.
We also look at the advantages of pre-trained models, the options for evaluating different models and the options for deployment with a REST backend.
