The German Collegiate Programming Contest (GCPC) is the national German contest for competitive programming with participating student teams from universities all over Germany. This year the HPI hosted a contest site and was represented by 18 teams that were trained in our Competitive Programming courses. All of our teams participated very successfully, and three teams managed to land in the top 10: the team of Konrad Letz, Lukas Hagen, Tobias Röhr, the team of Paula Marten, Niklas Mohrin, Magnus Menger, and the team of Simon Cyrani, Benildur Nickel, Christoph Blumschein managed to reach 4th, 6th and 9th place respectively. The Algorithm Engineering group wishes to congratulate all teams on such an amazing ranking!
