From November 14 to 16, the final meeting of the EU-funded SAGE project will be held at the HPI. The meeting is organized by the Algorithm Engineering group.

The visitors are academics working in the fields of Evolutionary Computation and Population Genetics. The aim of the project is to make the people from these disjoint communities meet and understand one another.

We expect visitors from the University of Sheffield, the University of Nottingham, and the IST Austria. After the meeting, Jorge Perez Heredia from the University of Nottingham will stay until end of November as a scientific visitor.
