Prof. Dr. Tobias Friedrich

Paper accepted at SEA

The International Symposium on Experimental Algorithms (SEA) is a scientific conference on algorithm engineering with a strong focus on empirical performance evaluation. Fittingly, the Algorithm Engineering group contributes one paper to the 19th edition, which is planned for June 7-9 2021 in Nice, France, or online depending on the current situation. The paper presents a proof of concept that shows how the spring-embedding technique from graph drawing can be adapted to utilize the heterogeneous aspects of hyperbolic geometry.
