The AI@HPI Conference brings together leaders from academia, industry, politics, and civil society to discuss how artificial intelligence can be developed and applied in a way that is innovative, responsible, and aligned with democratic values. As AI increasingly shapes economies, societies, and global competition, the conference explores key questions around AI governance and ethics, technological sovereignty, and sustainable economic growth.

By connecting cutting-edge research with industrial applications, entrepreneurship, and public policy, the conference fosters interdisciplinary exchange on how Europe can strengthen its position in the global AI landscape while ensuring that AI remains human-centered, trustworthy, and socially beneficial.
