Early Bird Ticket (02.12-03.12.2026): 240.00 EUR
You hereby confirm that this is a paid offer provided by the Hasso Plattner Institute. The Early Bird ticket can be booked until September 02, 2026. A participation fee of EUR 240.00, including VAT, will be charged for attending the event. Registration may be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the event. After this date, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the participation fee will apply.

Please note: The registration process for the invitations to HPI events is done in the double-opt-in procedure:

  1. Registration: Please enter your data in the form and send it off.

  2. Authentication: After sending the form, you will receive an e-mail with a registration link. You must complete the registration by clicking on the link.

  3. Payment: You can pay via PayPal (including payment by credit card without own account). The bill will be sent in approximately 14 days after your registration. Please note that paying via credit card is only possible with Visa and MasterCard.

If you have a voucher code please select the respective option in the form. The voucher code can be redeemed after completing the registration via e-mail.

If you are a public official or a person with special public service obligations, we assume that you have obtained any necessary consent from your employer to participate.

Still and Motion Pictures:

Photo and film recordings (including sound) will be made during the event. These recordings will be used to document the event and for the press and public relations work of the Hasso Plattner Institute and the Hasso Plattner Foundation. The legal basis is therefore the legitimate interest of the organizer (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact the photographer or cameraman/camerawoman directly.
