In the paper "Maximizing Reachability via Shifting of Temporal Paths" Georg Tennigkeit, Michelle Döring and George Skretas investigate the problem of improving reachability in a train network by making small adjustments to its schedule. They model this on temporal graphs that are formed by a limited number of temporal paths (trains), and delays and advances naturally propagate along these path. We resolve the parameterized computational complexity for different sets of available operations.
The paper will be presented at ESA from August 31 to September 4, 2026 in L’Aquila, Italy.
