Over the past decade, research in theoretical computer science, artificial intelligence, operations research, and economics has joined forces to tackle problems involving incentives and computation. These problems are of particular importance in application areas like the Web and the Internet that involve large and diverse populations. The Conference on Web and Internet Economics (WINE) is an interdisciplinary forum for the exchange of ideas and results on incentives and computation arising from these various fields.
WINE 2021 was run as a fully virtual conference.
The next WINE conference will be on December 12-16 2022 in Troy, NY, USA. See here for details.

Nov 19, 2021: WINE 2021 will be a fully virtual conference! According to the new legislation passed by the German parliament, it is to be expected that we will soon face travel restrictions and other contact restrictions in Germany. Some German states already announced such measures and several European countries have been classified as high-risk areas, which implies additional burdens for travel. For the sake of safety of all participants and to avoid cancellation of the on-site part of the conference on very short notice, we have to take the step of going fully virtual.
Nov 17, 2021: Due to the rapidly rising number of COVID-19 cases in Germany we have stopped the registration for on-site attendance! We will wait for the government announcement (expected on Nov 18) before we decide how to proceed. It seems likely that we have to switch to a fully virtual format. Please only book your travel/hotel with the option of cancellation!
