Young Women in AI
Do you want to learn more about Artificial Intelligence and connect with other IT-enthusiastic girls from across Germany? Then the Young Women in AI Camp is perfect for you! The camp is aimed at schoolgirls from all over Germany and is a collaborative project of the Hasso Plattner Institute and the Excellence School Network MINT-EC.
From October 16 to 18, the Hasso Plattner Institute will host an AI Camp for young women and girls.
What is Artificial Intelligence? And how can and should it be used? With expert talks, workshops, and a creative challenge, the focus at HPI this fall will be on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for two days. Besides gaining theoretical insights, participants will also get hands-on experience by exploring and experimenting with what is possible. From image and video generation to 3D printing and ethical questions, the attendees will learn about, explore, and understand AI.
The HPI empowerHER initiative will accompany the program, offering exciting insights into computer science studies, student and staff experiences, and general information about studying at HPI.
No prior knowledge is required.
Registration and Participation
The camp is open to schoolgirls aged 16 and above.
Accommodation and Meals
All participants will stay with the supervisors in accommodation organized by HPI. Full board is provided. School leave for participation in the event is possible.
Details about the camp are available on the MINT-EC website.
