Strong together for family and care work
We know that life is full of challenges and that unforeseen situations and care work responsibilities require quick and flexible solutions. That's why we offer our employees a range of measures that make everyday working life easier and meet the needs of caregiver.
In order to react quickly in emergency situations, we enable the use of flexitime hours on short notice. This makes it possible for our employees to react spontaneously to unforeseen childcare situations and ensure that their children or relatives are well looked after.
We also offer flexible working hours in accordance with our working hours guidelines, so that everyone can organize their day individually.
Switching to part-time employment or reducing working hours is possible at any time in consultation with one’s supervisor. This allows our employees to flexibly adapt their working hours to personal and family needs.
To provide even more flexibility, we offer the option of mobile working two days a week. This lets our employees do their work from a location of their choice and thus achieve a better work-life balance.
We have set up facilities to make life easier for parents and ensure comfort for their little ones. This means even the youngest family members can be well looked after without parents having to leave their workplace.
In the event of unforeseen childcare bottlenecks or illness, we offer the option of taking one's children to the workplace. In such cases, a mobile play box with age-appropriate toys is available so that little ones are kept busy while parents concentrate on their work.
We know that life sometimes has difficult phases in store. That's why we offer our employees the use of a counseling center for challenging life situations. Professional support and advice are available to help overcome personal and family challenges.
