Ralf Wagner graduated as Dipl.-Kommunikationswirt (Master of Communications) with focus on organisation as system, corporate identity and strategic communication and studied at the University of the Arts and the Technical University Berlin. He worked in the domain of corporate communications for scientific, social and educational organisations and is a qualified bank clerk. Complementing his job at HPI-Stanford Research Program, Ralf is doing a professional education as systemic coach and accompanies individuals and teams in challenging situations and in their personal and professional development. He is especially interested in the potential of design thinking for organisational and team collaboration.
