Danielly holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a Masters in Computer Science from “Universidade Federal de Pernambuco”, Brazil. She worked as an Innovation Manager at Blackberry Tech Center Recife (Brazil) where her leading role was in product design and user research for B2C mobile applications.

Currently, Danielly is pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering in Ireland.  Her research interest is in creating 'great experiences' through a deep understanding of users, customers, and employees.
Her current research focus is in understanding how design can lead to personal and organisational growth. At the moment, her greatest career challenge is to identify how to measure the impact of Design Thinking on firms' performance.
