Abstract
After extensive research on digital design thinking education and creating a MOOC on the first design thinking phase, design research, the research team shifts the focus towards 1) advancing the didactic design of (design thinking) MOOCs and 2) examining the possibilities of adapting design thinking MOOCs to specific organizational contexts, different learner types as well as different cultural contexts. The team will use their public MOOC as a basis for gathering data to conduct research on performance measurements, learner reflection, skill application as well as tests on adapted learning units.
