I have already dealt with emotional leadership and the influence of emotions on decisions in my diploma thesis. Since then, I have been working with human teams and primeval sled dogs in extreme situations in the Swedish wilderness. In my career, which has been lasting more than 20 years, I have experienced many defeats and successes and have experienced mental self-tests in extreme situations, which I transfer to modern everyday life. With this knowledge about mental optimization and leadership of high-performance teams, I advise executives, competitive athletes and private individuals. In 2019/20, my feature film "Voice of Nature" was shown in German cinemas. My book "Voice of Nature - Ich und Ich" has been available since October 2020.
