Innovation and agility – experiencing and leading

From an agile perspective, an organization is a network of high-performing teams. Leaders must share their decision-making responsibility and power and foster autonomous teams to enable human-centered innovation and agility in teams.

Four principles for supporting agile teams can help here: creating clarity, promoting psychological safety, building systems for learning and experimentation, and adopting a human-centered perspective. These four principles are explored in the workshop and then applied to the participant's context.

Goals:

  • You will experience agile teamwork using the Design Thinking example and learn how to design methods and processes yourself in your organizational context.
  • You will be provided with techniques for your role as a leader to promote innovation and agility in your team.
  • You will reflect on and transfer the four essential principles of agile team leadership to your organizational context: clarity, psychological safety, people-centeredness, and experimentation.

Navigating uncertainty – the compass for leaders

How do you successfully lead through uncertain and turbulent times? The world of work, characterized by transformation processes and increasing complexity, often presents you with significant challenges. This is precisely where our leadership workshop “Navigating uncertainty – the compass for leaders” comes in. Through our cooperation with Resourceful Humans, you will learn how to navigate confusing situations using agile leadership practices.

In this two-day workshop, you will experience and reflect on your own leadership behavior under high pressure and great uncertainty with the help of the latest virtual reality technology. You will discover your intuitive strengths and your blind spots and become aware of how you deal with teamwork and leadership. Together, we will analyze your behavior and communication and develop your personal leadership behavior based on your newly gained insights.

  • You will more effectively align your personal leadership compass with innovative leadership practices.

Management coaching

Have you got a new job, are you taking on more responsibility in your position, or has your leadership context changed? Our individual leadership coaching offers a mix of leadership development, sparring, and strategic sounding boards. Innovation management: Measure what matters

Many innovation managers are currently dealing with questions about how early innovation work can be measured and evaluated. The explorative nature of approaches such as design thinking makes it challenging to determine what exactly innovation work actually achieves in the organization and how this added value can be communicated to management.  

In this format, you will gain a deeper insight into why explorative approaches such as design thinking are worth becoming part of your corporate culture. 

Goals:

  • You will start by acquiring a general knowledge of various management control systems using different research models.
  • In the subsequent practical work, you will be able to develop your strategy for evaluating Design Thinking.
  • You will learn how Design Thinking can be reflected in your KPIs to monitor and evaluate the success of innovation projects.
  • You will explore alternative possibilities to classic KPIs to give space to the principles of Design Thinking. 

Leading high-performance teams
