Agility means more than meeting every day in large projects for a stand-up meeting to keep the team informed about the work progress. There is still space for improvement. In our workshop “From project to product: agile product management”, our coach, Markus Güntert, will show you how to implement your project or product plan in a truly agile way. This includes agile measurement, prioritization, planning, focusing, decision-making, and reflection. You will learn all this and more in this format on agile product management, for which knowledge of Design Thinking is not a requirement, by the way.
