Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a game-changer for various industries and global markets in the rapidly evolving business world. Despite its widespread use, there is often a lack of in-depth knowledge to understand the complexities of artificial intelligence. 

AI encompasses a spectrum of technologies, including machine learning and deep learning, applications in visual computing, natural language processing and generation, speech recognition, image analysis, and robotics. In particular, generative AI, trained on large data sets, offers special opportunities to develop products such as new drugs and materials.

In our training formats, we provide basic knowledge of AI and decision-making strategies for managers when introducing and managing AI technologies. In addition, we offer formats that deal with the innovation potential of generative AI for product development and business models and show how employees can use existing AI solutions to make their daily work more efficient.

AI-supported innovation in practice – project work with Design Thinking & AI

Integrating artificial intelligence into innovation processes opens up unimagined possibilities for overcoming complex challenges more effectively and efficiently. Innovation work can be taken to a new level through the skillful interplay of Design Thinking and AI. What you can expect from the workshop “Innovation with Design Thinking: Deep dive and co-creation with AI”

This two-day online course allows you to deepen your knowledge and skills in Design Thinking and take your innovation projects to the next level using AI tools. Expand your knowledge of the phases of Design Thinking and add to your toolbox to solve problems even more flexibly and skillfully. You will also learn about AI roles and tools that can expand your design horizons. Finally, you will receive a personalized 1:1 consultation to ask your questions and plan the next steps for implementing what you have learned.
