I have been part of the HPI d-school Community since 2018. My Design Thinking journey started in the Basic and Advanced Track, and since 2021, I have been guiding participants as a coach. From 2024 to 2025, I took on the role of Program Lead and co-led the studio “Design Thinking & Sustainability” and led the project “digitstainableNOW!”. In this position, I facilitated innovation workshops for startup teams and developed a toolkit – both for the project “digistainableNOW!” to support teams in shaping digital climate protection innovations. Additionally, I coordinated the exchange on digital education within the European Digital Education Hub (EDEH).
I am deeply passionate about lifelong learning. I am currently expanding my skills in systemic coaching, learning experience design, and non-violent communication. I also loves to exchange ideas on group and team processes, New Work, regenerative economies, or societal utopias. While I thrive on collaboration, I show less collaborative when on my bicycle – especially during long-distance bike tours in breathtaking landscapes.
