Dr. Julia Oberhofer

I have always been curious about the world around me in all of its many and varied facets. After art school, switching to studying political science is not a break for me, but a conscious look into a different world. Creating with my own hands, conducting academic research in an international project, supporting students in teaching as deputy managing director at a central university institute, setting up a study department at a new university - all this has given me insights that I have been able to put to good use in over 10 years at HPI. Initially supporting and working closely with the management, and here also entrusted with academic operations, my interest has developed more towards the economic branch of HPI. I have been able to accompany the development of this area (formerly known as HPI Academy) and have experienced all stages and the development from a small, start-up-oriented company to a comprehensive business unit, accompanying and advising countless organizations, companies and participants. I am now particularly interested in customized formats and solutions. I provide support in setting up these individual learning experiences and ensure that implementation is actually possible.
