Lysander Weiß

I am a Senior Research Fellow at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Adjunct Professor at the Woxsen University School of Business in India and a partner at the management consultancy venture.idea. In my research, I deal with current management challenges such as organizational ambidexterity, corporate venturing and agile strategy development. In my consulting work, I support companies in developing practical solutions for strategic renewal and sustainable growth. As an author and keynote speaker, I communicate scientifically sound approaches derived from my research and collaboration with leading companies. My focus is on combining theory and practice in order to provide decision-makers with orientation in corporate change.
