Raluca’s strength is turning constraints into opportunities by combining creativity and critical thinking. Since 2018, her passion for education clicked with her 10 year experience in problem solving as an engineer. That was the moment design thinking started playing an important role first in her PhD and later in her career. She became the first employee of the first D-School in Romania and she coordinates the volunteer team and activities at ULBS D-School full time since 2022.
