I am an educational scientist with in-depth knowledge of cultural studies, knowledge management and organisational development. I am an alumnus of the HPI School of Design Thinking (2012) and a certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator. In my career, I have co-founded an EdTech start-up, worked as an innovation consultant and Agile Coach, and have conducted Design Thinking and Agile Coach trainings worldwide. I currently design workshop formats on agility, change and innovation as a freelancer.
