As a multilingual bridge-builder with expertise in policy education, anthropology, and innovation, I design and lead transformational programs that foster global collaboration and inclusive learning. My work is grounded in Design Thinking and coaching, enabling me to engage diverse stakeholders, develop human-centered strategies, and drive meaningful change.

I thrive at the intersection of anthropology and public policy, using systems thinking to uncover hidden dynamics and rewire structures for greater impact. Whether through podcasting, photography, or facilitation, I translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging formats that resonate across audiences.

Passionate about innovation in Learning and Development, I help teams cultivate empathy and adopt life-centered approaches by blending project management with experience design. An alumnus of the HPI D-School, I bring an experimental mindset—prototyping, iterating, and co-creating solutions that make a difference.
